This item ships directly from our factory and is delivered to your door. Standard delivery includes curbside or doorstep delivery only.
White-glove service—including in-room placement, assembly, and removal of packaging—is available as an optional add-on at checkout, where offered.

Returns & Exchanges
In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Made-to-order (custom) items must be reported for return within 7 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in like-new condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a verified quality issue.
Returned items must include original tags and complete original packaging. Unless the return is due to a product defect or damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
