WHERE IS ZHIMU HOME FURNITURE MADE?
All ZHIMU HOME furniture is designed and manufactured in our own factory.
For over 20 years, our facility has produced furniture for leading European and American brands, using the same materials, processes, and quality standards. Today, we apply that expertise to the pieces we design and sell directly to you.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped directly from our factory in China.
This factory-direct model allows us to maintain quality control, reduce unnecessary markups, and offer more transparent pricing.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer
free ocean freight delivery to your doorstep for qualifying orders within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you live in one of these areas, please feel free to reach out to us. While we may not be able to guarantee standard delivery, we will do what we can to explore possible options to help bring our products into your home. We would be honored to have you as our customer.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER OR PRODUCTION PROGRESS?
For made-to-order products, we provide production progress updates by email, covering key stages of the manufacturing process.
This visible production process allows you to follow your piece as it is made.

DO YOU OFFER WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY OR ASSEMBLY?
Standard delivery includes free delivery to your doorstep.
White glove delivery and assembly may be available as an optional paid service at checkout for select products and locations. Availability and scope vary by carrier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In-stock items: May be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Made-to-order (custom) items: Must be reported for return within 7 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unused, in like-new condition, and include original packaging and tags.
A 15% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to a verified quality issue.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos or videos of the issue.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. Most ZHIMU HOME furniture is covered by a three-year limited warranty on structural components, materials, and workmanship under normal residential use.
Certain components, such as fabrics, cushions, leather, and lighting elements, are covered by a one-year limited warranty.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PIECE WILL FIT IN MY SPACE?
Product dimensions are listed on each product page.
We recommend measuring all entryways, hallways, elevators, and stairwells before ordering, as delivery teams cannot modify furniture or remove existing items.
