Warranty Coverage
Furniture Products
(Including tables, desks, cabinets, stools, chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds)
ZHIMU HOME provides a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
- Structural frames
- Solid wood components
- Materials and workmanship
- The functional performance of non-electrical components
Limited Component Coverage
The following components are covered by a one-year limited warranty:
- Fabric and upholstery materials
- Seat cushions and padding
- Leather covers
- LED or integrated lighting components (if applicable)
Replacement of these components may be offered at a minimal cost after the first year, provided original order documentation is available.
Warranty Terms & Remedies
ZHIMU HOME warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, during the applicable warranty period.
“Normal use” refers to usage that strictly follows recommended installation, care, and maintenance guidelines.
If a product is determined by ZHIMU HOME to have a qualifying defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide replacement parts
- Repair the defective component
- Offer a reasonable adjustment or partial refund
The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor costs
- Installation or removal costs
- On-site service or international technician visits
Due to the nature of international shipping from China, replacement parts may require additional transit time.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or unusual use
- Accidents or mishandling
- Improper installation or assembly
- Improper maintenance or care
- Use of abrasive or harsh cleaning agents (including bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, or wire brushes)
- Exposure to extreme environments, including excessive humidity, heat, or outdoor conditions not intended for the product
- Acts of God (including floods, earthquakes, fires, or other natural disasters)
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-ZHIMU HOME components
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, finish fading, fabric pilling, softening of cushions, or minor color variations
Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.
Warranty Eligibility & Limitations
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- The warranty is non-transferable
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- Products used in commercial, contract, or rental settings may require separate evaluation
How to File a Warranty Claim

Include the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect
Incomplete documentation or claims submitted outside the warranty period may not be approved.
Disclaimer
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
ZHIMU HOME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profit, or inconvenience.
Policy Updates
ZHIMU HOME reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time.
The applicable warranty terms are those in effect at the time of purchase.
