Return Policy Overview

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@zhimuhome.com with your order number and details.

• Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage or manufacturing defect.

• Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue store credit equal to the net merchandise price: the original outbound shipping cost and the return label cost will be deducted from the refund. No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges
